First we determine the current price of your property by getting a valuation by two local estate agents.
Secondly, once the valuation is complete, we then compare the price of your property with your chosen park home. You will then receive an offer in writing, including information such as expected resale value, comparable examples and market conditions. In cases where your home is worth more than the park home property, we will negotiate the cash difference to be paid to you.
Finally, once a full survey has been carried out on the property and both parties are happy with the figures, we will agree a completion date. This can be as little as 7 days away if speed is of the essence, or up to 10 weeks away if some extra time is needed.
